Presently working in the area of MEMS/NEMS, fabrication and application of CNTs, Nanophotonics, Silicon nanowires for a solar cell application. Completed 6 research projects funded by various funding agencies like DRDO, DST etc. There is ongoing research project on Flexible Piezoelectric Biomechanical Energy Harvester funded by SERB (Power Grant)
