Undergraduate students can apply for the scholarship as per the information given in following table. Students are advised to read relevant information at web links and verify their eligibility before applying. Please follow the procedure as outlined.

2 National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education of ST students (CSSS Top Class ST students) Upto 6.0 lacs per annum ST student who secure admission in NIT, the inter-seniroty merit will be based on the percentage marks obtain in the qualify examination JEE Adance ST Full tution fees, Stipend Rs. 3000 per month, books grant Rs. 5000 per annum, for the entire course and one time grant Rs. 45000/- for a latest computer and accessories. Students shall apply through the scholarship online portal:- http://scholarship.gov.in within the cut of date. 1. The scholarship awarded, will continue till the completion of course, subject to satisfactory performance of the student 2. The ST students once considered eligible for the Scholarship shall not be entitled for any other scholarship of the Center and State Govt. for the same study. 3. 3 Merit-cum-Means Scholarship for Students Belonging to Minority Communities. (Ministry of Minority Affairs, New Delhi) Upto 2.50 lakhs p.a. Student must have got admission in the recognized professional degree course or secured not less than 50% marks at senior secondary (10+2) Selection of these students will be done strictly on merit basis. Minority (Muslim, Sikh, Parsi, Buddhist Jain, Christian) Course fee :- Rs.20,000/- per annum or Actual whichever is less; rent for hosteller-Rs 10,000/- p.a.and Day-hosteller-Rs 5,000/- per annum. 1. Apply online  2. Institute will forward online. 3. Scholarship amount will transfer through DBT by the funding agency. 4. Scholarship awardee will submit documents of received scholarship in office of the Academic Section 1. Scholarship continution in subsequent years will depend on successful completion of the course during the preceding year. 2. 30% scholarship will be reserved for girls of each minority community in a state which is transferable to male student of that community in case of non-availability of female candidate in that community in the concerned state. 4 Post-matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities Upto 2.50 lakhs p.a. Disability should be 40% or above and having a valid certificate under rules specified by competent authority PH Course Fee:non-refundable charges, Disability Allowances, Rent for hosteller Rs. 1600/- p.a. 5 Scholarships for Top Class Education for students with disabilities. Upto 6.0 lakhs p.a. 6 Central Sector scholarship for College and University Students (MHRD, Govt. of India) Upto 4.50 lakhs p.a. 1. 80 percentile or above in XII or 10+2. 2. 7 Prime Minister's Scholarship Scheme For Central Armed Police Forces And Assam Rifles Not Applicable 1. Ward of deceased CAPF/AR personnel. 2. Wards of deceased State police force personnel martyred in terror and naxalite violence All Rs. 3,000/- per month for girls and Rs. 2,500/- per month for boys 1. Apply online  2. 1 FAEA CII scholarship Under category BPL 1. Students who have passed Class XII from a recognized board in India 2. 1st year under-graduate students. Selection is based on academic excellence (Marks in 12th and Interview) , social and economic background. 2. Final awards are based entirely on the discretion of the FAEA and may cover the full cost of proposed study plans up to five years.
2 Swami Sivananda Memorial Scholarship Total family income up to Rs.2.0 lakhs p.a. CGPA score of at least 7.00 till qualifying examination All Rs. 24000 /- per annum for each batch. (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year). "1. Applications will be invited by DSW office MNIT in Nov/Dec every year. 2. 3 Swami Dayanand Charitable Educational Foundation (Merit-cum-Mean Scholarship Total family income from all sources shoule be less than Rs. 6 lakhs p.a. For Fresh student in NIT minimum 65% marks obtain in 12th Class and for renewal more than6.5 CGPA required. All Five types of Scholarship Rs.15000 to Rs. 50000 per annum.
