Brief Research Profile

Dr. Amit M. Joshi completed his M.Tech and Ph.D. from NIT, Surat in 2009 and 2015 respectively. He is currently an Assistant Professor at Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur (MNIT Jaipur) since July 2013. His area of specialization is Biomedical signal processing, Smart healthcare, VLSI DSP Systems, and embedded system design. He is a senior member of IEEE, member of IETE, and member of IEEE. He has also published 90+ research articles in excellent peer-reviewed international journals/conferences and also has published six book chapters. He has a total of 875 google scholar citations, i10 index 29, H-index 16. He served as a reviewer of technical journals such as IEEE Transactions/ IEEE Access, Springer, and Elsevier and also served as a Technical Programme Committee member for IEEE conferences (iSES, ICCE, ISVLSI, VDAT). He also received the honour of UGC Travel fellowship, the award of SERB DST Travel grant, and CSIR fellowship and also attended well known IEEE Conferences TENCON- 16, TENCON-17, ISCAS-18, MENACOMM-19, etc across the world. He has also served as Mentor for IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society student mentorship program 2021.He has supervised 3 PhD thesis and one more research scholar have submitted their thesis. He has also supervised 23 M.Tech projects and 17 B.Tech projects in Biomedical Signal Processing, VLSI/Embedded Systems. He is also the founder and Director of startup- svaarogyam Medical Devices Pvt. Ltd. at MIIC, Jaipur
