Urban Land Management, Urban Land Policy and Planning, Sustainable Urban Development, Rural Planning, Urban Economics, Traditional and Vernacular Architecture, Indigenous Crafts and Traditional Knowledge Systems.

Brief Research Profile

Works in the domains of urban planning and architecture with a focus on urban land management, system dynamics, indigenous crafts, Indian knowledge systems, tourism planning, etc. A trained Innovation Ambassador under the patronage of Innovation Cell, Ministry of Education. Authored research papers and book chapters in reputed journals & conferences, organized National & International conferences, workshops, etc. and supervised Ph.D. research scholars in the field of Land Valuation and Cultural Tourism. Received award for Outstanding contribution in Architecture & Planning by CIEMA Research Excellence Awards and Outstanding Woman Researcher Award by Venus International Foundation. Also a finalist of the National Competition Toycathon 2021 organized by MoE Innovation Cell with support from AICTE, Ministry of MSME, Ministry of Commerce.
