5 days online STC on "Process Simulators for Chemical Engineering Applications (DWSIM & Aspen Plus)" from January 24-28, 2024
Department of Chemical Engineering, MNIT Jaipur, as a part of Golden Jubilee Celebrations, is conducting a five-day online short-term course on "Process Simulators for Chemical Engineering Applications (DWSIM & Aspen Plus)" during 24–28th January, 2024. This course may be attended by industry personnel, faculty members, research scholars, PG and UG (preferably final & pre-final year) students associated with chemical engineering and allied sciences, who have an aptitude to work in the areas of process design and simulations. UG, PG and Research scholars are encouraged to attend this course for their skill development and academic achievements. Please circulate it with your students and in known circles. E-certificate will be given to participants on successful completion of the course. The tentative course content is given below. Also, the brochure is attached with this e-mail.

•Hands-on training on heat exchanger design using DWSIM |

•Design and simulation of Distillation Column in Aspen Plus
•Hands-on training on Distillation Column and reactor design using DWSIM |
Day 4 |
•Steady-state and Dynamic simulation with reference to automation and control using Aspen Plus/DWSIM
•Hands-on training using DWSIM for complete flowsheet |
Day 5 |
