Dr. Himmat Singh Kushwaha currently works as the DST-INSPIRE faculty in the Materials Research Centre at Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur. Dr. Himmat Singh completed his masters in the research field of Quantum Dot Based Inorganic-Organic Hybrid Photovoltaic Devices. Area of research in his Ph.D. degree was Photocatalytic and Electrocatalytic Investigations on Perovskite-based Materials for Energy and Environmental Applications, and he completed his Ph.D. from IIT Mandi(2017). Dr. Himmat Singh Kushwaha has research experience in the field of electrochemical sensing, the catalyst for energy and environmental applications, and also in the field of electrochemical energy storage devices such as batteries - solar flow redox batteries and Hybrid supercapacitors. He is currently working on the projects of Solar Redox Flow battery and the Development of an Opto electrochemical sensor for the detection of Ions and Pesticides in Drinking & Irrigation Water.
