Brief Research Profile

I am working on various aspects of water and air pollution and their impact on human health- evolved pathophysiologies for fluoride, nitrate and aluminium toxicities and linkages between air pollution and human respiratory health; and developed low cost technologies for removal of fluorides and nitrates from drinking water/wastewater. Advance bio processes for waste treatment,characterization of PM fractions in air, developing field kits for biological analysis are my current areas of research.
