Report on 2nd Ring Presentation Ceremony, Farewell Function 04/05/2018 To 04/05/2018

The auspicious event of the second ring ceremony for UG, PG and PhD passing out batch (2018) was held at MNIT on May 4th, 2018. It was a unique and wonderful initiative undertaken by honorable Director, Prof. Udaykumar R. Yaragatti.
The program started with the floral welcome of the dignitaries and lighting of the lamp by the Director, Prof. Udaykumar R. Yaragatti, Guest of Honor Ms. Seema Agarwal (Additional Director General of Police, Chennai), Chief Guest Mr. A.K. Bahl (Vice Admiral, Indian Navy), accompanied by Prof. Dilip Sharma Dean (SW) and Er. Rakesh Verma, President MNITJAA, Mrs. Kalpana Pandit, AD (CACS & AA) and Dr. Madhu Agarwal, Coordinator CACS. It was followed by an address by Prof. Dilip Sharma, Dean (SW). The audience was then addressed by Er. Rakesh Verma (President, MNITJAA). Dr. Udaykumar R Yaragatti, Director, MNIT Jaipur motivated the students with his words. He inspired the students to lead a joyful life and wished them well for their career and lives.
It was the privilege of the audience that had assembled to hear words of wisdom from Guest of Honour, Ms Seema Agarwal (Additional Director General of Police, Chennai), and by Chief Guest, Mr A.K. Bahl (Vice Admiral, Indian Navy). They discussed their college life and how it helped them in life. Inspired by the motivational words from the dignitaries, students took a pledge of sincerity and honesty towards work and upholding the values of the institute.
The journey of life at MNIT Jaipur was shared with the entire gathering, by the students-Mr. Saurabh Sarkar (PG Student, Electronics) Mr. Sanidhya Raj Sharma (UG student, EE), Ms. Manisha (UG Student, CS), Mr. Shrey Jain (UG student, Mechanical), Mr. Bennet Sam (UG Student, Chemical) and Ms. Apoorwa Choudhary (UG student, Architecture). The rings were presented to the outgoing students by their respective HOD's, as a mark of the endless bond between mentors and students. Moving towards the end, a vote of thanks was given by Mrs. Kalpana Pandit. It was followed by dinner for faculty, staff and students at hostels.
