Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA), MNIT Jaipur has organized a trip to Dhab ka Nala village on 2 March 2019. The theme of this trip is to inculcate the science and technology in the school students of the village through models, charts, and videos (Lecture 2) and to interact with the villagers about their problems.
The team of 4 members has visited the village. The team reached the school at 9:30 a.m. and interact with the villagers about their problems. The team gets to know that most of the people are suffering from the water problem as the water line connection is not door-to-door. So they have to travel a long distance to get drinking water.
The following activities were conducted in the school:
For class 3rd to 5th :-
1) Water Cycle Model
2) Solar Panel Model
3) Photosynthesis
4) Explanation of the Solar system & Universe
5) 2-D & 3-D objects with their shadow shape
6) An experiment of Air Pressure
7) Experiment to prove that air has weight
8) Air pollution: Causes & its solutions
9) Some mathematical problems & format of Application writing
For class 1st & 2nd :-
1) Alphabets & Numbers
2) Addition & Subtraction
3) Good habits & the importance of cleanliness
4) Names of body parts, animals ,fruits & colors
5) Water cycle & how to save water.
At the last, the team revised all the topics through questions & answers and students were given toffees, pencils & pens as appreciation.
