Difference Fee Challans for Students (July 23, 2012)

All students who need a challan of difference amount because  of loan or otherwise should contact following at Computer Engineering Department.

1. Shivangi (Programmer)
2. Parmeshwar (Programmer)

Student should bring Fee Challan (Institute and Hostel) as generated by MIS. Challan(s) should be verified by Academic Section. Students should also bring Demand Draft issued by bank. A copy of all documents shall be preserved by MIS team for records.

These difference challans shall be generated only for students who

1. have to pay fee with Education loan.
2. have been previously registered as dayscholar and now intended to register for campus hostel accommodation.
3. have to deposit any dues either hostel or institute.
4. have been provided fee waiver. (Please bring documents to support this)

Can come on Monday 23 July,2012 to Computer Engineering Department for registration and challan generation with approval/permission letter from respective sections (Academic/Hostel authorities) .
