MNIT Mail

Dear Mail Users,

Our institute has migrated to new mail server which is on ZIMBRA interface. All users shall be able to send and receive their mails through this new mail system.

All users shall continue to use their respective Internet access username and password(LDAP UID) to access New Mail System.

Instructions for mail users

1. For Student Users, their mail id is set according to USER ID
Example: userid : 2008ucp101
mailid : 2008ucp101@mnit.ac.in

2. For Staff & Faculty Users
their primary id is set according to their userid
examle
userid : MNITJAS057
Name: Manoj Singh Gaur
default mailid: mnitjas057@mnit.ac.in

Secondary mail is set with a combination of first name and last name and it will me mailed to default mail id, which you can open with your internet username and password.
Example:
Userid : MNITJAS056
Name: Manoj Singh Gaur
Secondary mailID : gaurms<at>mnit.ac.in
